MIZUNO MXR
The MXR reflects the desire to spread the retro-running experience of Mizuno from the 2000s, as an extension of the globally recognized Wave Rider 10. The MXR name comes from the Maximizer line, a running line that was offered for years in our national market to offer Mizuno quality to a wide audience. The MXR is an entry-level shoe, but it remains true to the essence of Mizuno, with a high level of quality and technicality. Particular attention is paid to the new construction, with a high level of detail and multiple rubber parts that allow for technical color blocking. The version is a continuation of the premium mood, with an overlay of synthetic suede and normcore tones. The mesh is a bit tighter, to maintain a casual and mid-season atmosphere. The design of this model originates from the Maximizer released in 2009, rediscovered from Mizuno's vast archives following the spread of retro running shoes in the 2000s. We call it the MXR "CASUAL" thanks to the combination of synthetic suede and two types of mesh.
